Clearing your cache prompts your browser to fetch the fresh version of the webpage elements rather than using older components stored in your browser. If content is not displaying correctly after an update, or a page is not loading we recommend first performing a hard refresh. This will clear the cache for the specific page you're viewing and reload it, without clearing your entire browser cache. It's a quick and easy solution that flushes the cache when updates are made to websites to fix any issues. You can find instructions on how to perform a hard refresh here.
If this doesn’t fix the issue, fully clearing your browser's cache should resolve the problem. Another option is viewing the page in incognito/private browsing mode; this will also show a fresh version of the page which is free from caching.
